Koeppel Mazda, helped break that perception with their professionalism, patience and informative service. Lendle was easy to speak with, very informative, knew the product, straightforward and helpful with the many questions I had. Steve was also helpful and patient in explaining the financial aspects of the process. Saiful was helpful in willing to provide customer satisfaction. They all stayed late (past closing) to finalize the sale, and remained patient to provide great service, You can tell they strive to provide excellence in customer satisfaction. Depending on your readiness to actually purchase a vehicle or just shopping around. Do your research, look up rebates/incentives, talk to dealerships, find out pricing info...be informed. The dealership will definitely walk you through the process, but with the internet, it's good to be informed to build up your confidence with what you're looking to purchase. Jim was extremely nice and took time to answer, even though he was clearly in the middle of a lot, I went back a few days later when it was less busy to finalize the sale. The process couldn't have been easier. Additionally, the reason I chose Koeppel to purchase my new Mazda CX5 is because I purchased my previous CX5 at another dealer, but had all my service done at Koeppel. Their service department was consistently outstanding, so it was a slam dunk to purchase from them. Amazing Service I first came in November to look at cars and went for a test drive with Jim Mendez who explained everything in depth about the SUV. I wasn't sure if I wanted a small sports car or an SUV so I decided to wait a little longer to make a final decision. I was given e-mails about the cars since I was interested, but was never pushed into making a purchase. I came back 6 months later and I saw a blue Mazda 3 which I fell in love with immediately. Jim Mendez remembered me from 6 months ago and he was available for a test drive. He was patient, and informative about the car. He explained in detail about what needs to be done in order to buy the car (e.g. certified check, insurance Id card, and binder). He answered all my questions. I was also taken care of by Steve Kontonicolaou. He went above and beyond to help me get the approval. He stayed at work until 9:45 pm making calls to help me and it was such a blessing to hear that I got approval. He gave me great advice with the finances. I'm so happy with my new car. It was exactly what I wanted. What a wonderful group of humble, respectful, and helpful people who are there for you. This was such a great experience. In fact, I ended up knowing more about the car than salespeople at other dealerships. Lendle was also very patient in sitting with me and setting up the car once I purchased it. I believe that Saiful gave me a fair price, though I was hoping he would come down a bit further on it. However, I feel confident that he offered me the car at the lowest price he could, because otherwise he wouldn't have let me walk out of the dealership without trying to first bargain with me. I worked with Steve on settling all the paperwork, which was effortless and quick. All in all it was a really pleasant experience. I didn't feel that I was being talked down to or pushed too hard. I also think that I got a great deal on my car. Would certainly recommend. More
