In one week I have gone back to this dealership multiple times to decide what I want and every time I went I never felt like I needed to sit down and make a decision because the team at Koeppel Mazda wants you be happy with the car you select. Chris had explained me the differences between the trims multiple times upon asking with out any hesitations. In my life every time I walked into a car dealership I thought to myself, I was just a dollar sign to them but in Koeppel Mazda I felt otherwise with Chris and Saiful. Saiful understood our needs and our budget and worked with us with the numbers. He is very straight forward and honest about what he was able to work out or not, there were no beating around the bush, no false hope. All the things Saiful said he can do in our first conversation, he actually came through and served us exactly that. I appreciated his approach very much and felt comfortable doing business with him. They valued my time and didn't have me waiting around to get the numbers as I have experienced in other car dealerships. I would 100% recommend them to my friends and family. In fact, we walked in on a Sunday with the intent to just look at the CX models and maybe to test drive one; we left after purchasing a soul red (phenomenal color and in stock!!!) CX-5 a few hours later. Chris was easy to talk to, extremely patient and went out of his way to address the various questions from the 5 of us during the entire time. He also committed to a no-pressure paperwork signing/car pick-up which Steve honored so the entire process lasted for less than 15 min! Other staff at the dealership were also very helpful. For example, Jim helped to handle the insurance paperwork so we could have picked up the car as planned. The entire purchasing experience was very positive - all my family members who have had interacted with the various folks at Koeppel Mazda think they are helpful, courteous and would give two thumbs up! There was no pressure, no wasting of my time, and the whole experience was actually enjoyable. Jim Mendez was AWESOME. The entire time I felt like his friend and not a customer. He answered all my questions, showed me all the features of the car and made the whole experience simple and easy. These guys are great. I also worked with Steve and he was very pleasant, professional and easy going. In the past, I've had bad experiences with Finance managers who tried to upsell me on everything and seemed to get mad when I declined. I got none of that with Steve. He mentioned a few features I could have purchased, but I didn't feel any pressure or guilt for declining. He made the whole process quick and easy. Koeppel Mazda definitely gets 2 thumbs up! More

I got the car I wanted and the deal I wanted. The entire team (Raul, Saiful and Steve) treated me and my wife like family and I honestly could not be happier.
