New CX-5 2018 Owner for 2+ Months Jim was welcoming to me and my family. He listened to our needs and gave us many options. He gave me a good trade in value for my old Mazda 3. With the other dealers with were hit with hidden fees, we were told the internet prices were wrong and we we were told they had the car we wanted to see only to make the trip and find out the car wasnt there. With Koeppel and the salesman Chris they had the car we wanted and were able to look at any car without pressure. There were also no hidden fees or surprises and we were able to come to an agreement on a price.
