We worked with sales consultant Jim Mendez as well as managers Saiful Islam and Steve Kontonicolaou. An extra thank you to Mr. Islam and Mr. Kontonicolaou, they were all very patient and helpful when picking the right car for our family. Everyone was very professional and thoughtful. Koeppel Mazda is a family oriented establishment and I would most definitely come back in the future. Thank you Koeppel! More

Be cautions if visiting this dealership, especially if you're a female. I made an appointment online to test drive a car and when I arrived, the salesperson wanted a great deal of personal information. I you're a female. I made an appointment online to test drive a car and when I arrived, the salesperson wanted a great deal of personal information. I provided my telephone number and a copy of my license. When the salesperson started typing my address into his computer, I asked why he needed to do this. He called a manager over, Ray, and Ray told me before test driving they need my information. I indicated that I understood that and provided my telephone number and a copy of my license and inquired why they needed my address in their computer. The salesperson was going to test drive with me. Ray responded, "for none of your business." I left before test driving. I can't imagine speaking to another human being that way, let alone when you're in customer service and the person merely asked a question about how their contact information would be used. All he had to do was explain or even indicate, why don't we just look at the car because to test drive I'm going to need your information for such and such reason. It was appalling. I get that the market is good for the dealer right now, but treat people with some humanity and also realize that the car market is cyclical and soon you'll need to work for customers. More
A truly awful dealership for service, even for routine scheduled maintenance. You cannot trust that you will receive only what is specified and recommended by Mazda--instead, you have to read the fine pri scheduled maintenance. You cannot trust that you will receive only what is specified and recommended by Mazda--instead, you have to read the fine print to understand the needless cleaners and additives that will be tacked onto your bill, none recommended by Mazda, (with labor and tax added to their cost), all to pad their profit margins on your scheduled service. None of this is explained--you have to read the fine print for yourself. So bring your lawyer for your 15K service! When I complained to the service manager and asked to be credited back for $100 in charges that had nothing to do with Mazda's specs for the service, he refused. He was content to lose me as a customer for good over $100, and wished me "Good luck" on taking this matter up with MazdaUSA Customer Experience. THAT'S the kind of dealership this is. Stay away. I had such a positive experience with Raul Jiminian today. He was informed, patient, honest, gracious, and thoughtful. Raul’s integrity and friendliness make shopping for a new car feel like the opposi today. He was informed, patient, honest, gracious, and thoughtful. Raul’s integrity and friendliness make shopping for a new car feel like the opposite of any negative experience you may have had. Raul went out of his way to arrange a test drive for me and discuss my individual needs in a truly tight market and on a busy day. Grateful. More
