My Service appointment went smoothly, every question I asked was answered, and my vehicle was returned on time. I called on Tuesday just before the holiday weekend and needed my 2011 Hyundai to be checked due to the check engine light being on and the transmission seemed to be giving me some trouble. On wed I realized i couldn't get the car in as early as i had hoped on thursday so i called and asked if i could bring the car in wed and drop it off . They said yes. I was told to bring it in before 5 p.m. Unfortunately on wed i got delayed and didn't get there till just 5 and i was greated without a problem. Jay was at the desk and helpful, polite and reassured me that the car would be looked at and i would be called on thurs. Thursday came, I got the call, came and picked up the car. Upon arriving to get the car, Jay remembered who i was, told me what had been done, called for my car and assured me if i had any problems, i could call. More
Jay Strassberg is a great service manager,he was great when i came in for service today(8-10-2012).He help me with service to my car.Jay was very nice and kind and explained everything to me about the my when i came in for service today(8-10-2012).He help me with service to my car.Jay was very nice and kind and explained everything to me about the my car today.He came and gave me updates about what going on with my car,and his staff in the service department was great too.I thank Jay for being a great person and a great manager.My car today was towed in and they jump on the promblem right away and got my car back by 1:00pm.I like to say thank you to Jay and his staff at longilandcity Hyundai.
