My experience with Long Island City Hyundai was very good. The first person I dealt with on the phone was Anasha who was very courteous and helpful. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I dealt with Do good. The first person I dealt with on the phone was Anasha who was very courteous and helpful. My only concern now is that my initial reason for having the car serviced there is that I am not certain that the problem is completely resolved. I will be giving them a call to discuss this issue tomorrow morning and hope it can be coompletely resolved in as short a time as possible. More

LIC Hyundai never fails to go above and beyond with customer service. They go out of their way to accommodate my tight schedule for all my routine maintenance visits. They do their best to get me in an customer service. They go out of their way to accommodate my tight schedule for all my routine maintenance visits. They do their best to get me in and out as quickly as possible, and are always friendly and considerate. I've dealt the most with Jay Strassberg, and he's a regular guy with a family and takes care of me while I'm there like he'd want his own family to be taken care of. Amazing crew in that service department - 5 star service! More
