As I have found in my visits here, the staff, as a whole, is very responsive to my needs and issues. This was my first experience with Tia and she was everything that a good service rep should be. She pati is very responsive to my needs and issues. This was my first experience with Tia and she was everything that a good service rep should be. She patiently listened to my problems and translated them onto the service order. Everything that needed to be was clearly explained and she followed up with phone calls to keep me apprised of the progress throughout the process. Jay, the Service Manager, was, as always, very helpful and friendly and makes it a pleasure to do business with LIC Hyundai. My wife and I have already decided that when the time comes to purchase a new car, not only will it likely be another Azera or equivalent, it will be from this dealership. When you find a place with as good a Service Department as they have you don't give that up very easily. More
Mr. Grimes let me leave my car earlier than I was told I would be able to, enabling me to get to work sooner than I was anticipating.
