I Love the service team at L.I.C. Hyundai. Starting with Tia, continuing with Jay, Gerry and I can't forget Lydia (she takes my money,Lol). The service and attention is excellent. I purchased my 2010 Hyunda Tia, continuing with Jay, Gerry and I can't forget Lydia (she takes my money,Lol). The service and attention is excellent. I purchased my 2010 Hyundai Genesis 4.6 from this dealership. At first I was skeptical, Hyundai was not associated with luxury vehicles. Service is a huge concern of mine. I own another luxury sedan and I'm comparing my service experience. Hyundai has come a long way and still has some way to go.With a service team consisting of these individuals, you're definitely heading in the right direction. They are willing to listen to my issues and suggestions. Hopefully, upper management is listening to them. I was having some issues with a couple of dashboard lights on my Tucson, I had contacted Roberto Castillo on a Sunday to see if he can help me out on this issue, I had to leave a voice message. Though lights on my Tucson, I had contacted Roberto Castillo on a Sunday to see if he can help me out on this issue, I had to leave a voice message. Though he was not in the office - it was his day off to which I did not know he had made it a point to call me and to tell me to bring in my car on a Monday so that he can address my concerns. I had brought in my Tucson on the Monday and Roberto and I discussed what was going on with the car, he had an idea of what it could be and he made the appointment for me to drop my car off the next day into the service center so that the technicians can thoroughly check out the car. They checked my car out and found the problem and corrected them within 2hrs. time. I was able to go home with my car that same day. Since then I have not had a problem and the car runs great. Had some questions regarding my leased car and spoke to Mike DiAndrea. I was extremely impressed with the quality of service that he extended to me. He was approachable and his knowledge of the car and Hyu Mike DiAndrea. I was extremely impressed with the quality of service that he extended to me. My experience at LIC Hyundai truly has been the best. I've had a LOT of issues with my vehicle, and LIC Hyundai has made it their priority to protect my investment, making sure to take care of all things covered under warranty before moving to more extreme measures. Tia Hamilton has always kept me informed of my car's status, and has gone above and beyond to take care of me personally. I cannot thank her and the LIC team enough for making what is typically a difficult and unnecessarily expensive experience to one I trust and appreciate. More
I had been to several dealerships prior to visiting Hyundai. I found that the prices were affordable and they were quality vehicles as well. After having a bad experience. Criss stepped up and went over and beyond normal customer service to assist me. Not only did she resolve my issue with not receiving my refund, but she took the time to listen over and beyond normal customer service to assist me. Not only did she resolve my issue with not receiving my refund, but she took the time to listen and understand my frustration and personal situation. She gave me a call with every update. It wasn't so much not receiving the money, but the lack of communication that I was mostly upset about, and Criss was very attentive. Understanding what I was going through, and the long wait that I had, Criss had my refund personally handed to me at my doorstep. I was about to give up on this dealership, but if I decide to go with Hyundai again, I will come back solely by the customer service she gave me. More
