this place is a joke first of all I made an appointment for service on 2 recalls,on arrival there were 10-15 cars lined up in the street and I was told to get behind the l first of all I made an appointment for service on 2 recalls,on arrival there were 10-15 cars lined up in the street and I was told to get behind the last car.Since I didn't think it was safe to do I just left that day.Since then I've made numerous attempts to call for the service area and the phone just rings and noine picks up.Today I got an operator who finally connected to the service area who transferred me to someone else and I left a message to call me back. So far no return call.I'm going to try to get service from another dealer b is great but service sucksThe carut am totally unsatisfied with Hyundai lic and Hyundai in general. More

I purchased a Santa Fe limited with good offer but there was many sneaky trick they tried to fool me. First thing was the tax. I live in NJ and I gave them NJ drivers license and they tried to charge me in NY tax rate. I corrected it and they fixed it. Also tried to add up as much as possible to the final bill. Thankfully I was able to correct that. That was still fine because human can make mistake but after I purchased my vehicle, I made me think that they were trying to fool me. First of all they promised me $40 for the test drive credit. They were keep telling me that I will get it by tomorrow. I know that it does not make more than 10 minutes to get it but they lied as well. Next day I called and tried to figure out how its going, they sales rep was ignoring me. I also turned in my leased vehicle because they offered me that they will pay my rest of payments. Sales rep sent me a picture message that He was working on it next day but it never did. A month later I received a message from my leasing company that payment has not been made. I called my leasing company that I turned in my vehicle to hyundai dealer. They were not aware of it. I called and figure out what is going on. Lady who took the phone told me she will leave sales manager a message so he or she can call me back. I waited 48 hours and not a single call. I called again to find out what is going on. Another lady helped me out that If I send statement to the sales manager's email and they will take care of it. I sent it the same day and no response for another 48 hours. Now I am about to give them another week before I seek for legal assistance. I hope they stop ignore what they have done and do what they have to do before it gets dirty. More

Very Rude Staff and terrible service I went to there to change oil. But they didn't drain old oil out, just add new oil. When I came back to home, I checked oil with stick, which shows do I went to there to change oil. But they didn't drain old oil out, just add new oil. I don't have any idea how to describe this long island hyundai service center. When I back to there, staffs are extremely rude. No one say sorry to me. Don't use this center please. More

Never call back, do not care They have my car for over 3 weeks for repair. I went to pick it up (was supposed to have been ready) and it was not fixed. They never call back. Disconnected me, hung up on me or put me through to voicemail even though I requested a live person. More
