Don't waste your time with these jokers If you're an idiot who enjoys being treated like an idiot, this is the dealership for you. But if you're a functioning adult with even a shred personal dignity, steer clear of this unprofessional clown show. Made an appointment to see a car at 9:30AM on a Saturday and have email confirmation to prove it. When I arrived, NO ONE HAD A CLUE about my appointment. Their excuse was "the person who makes the appointments doesn't actually sit here in the dealership or know the status of any of the cars. They sit somewhere else and just make the appointments". Uhhhhh OK? Don't make your terrible system my problem. Then, no one could find the keys to the car I had MADE AN APPOINTMENT to see, a 2019 Genesis G70. Turns out the owner of the dealership had the keys because he USES THE CAR AS HIS PERSONAL VEHICLE. Yes, the car they're selling to an unsuspecting sucker is being driven around by the owner of the dealership adding more miles and more wear and tear to what they market online. The owner also didn't bother showing up that day, so no one could get the keys, so I had no chance of seeing the car. On top of that, the salesperson said "even if we get the keys, we'd need to clean the car before you can see it. It's pretty messy because the owner has all of his personal stuff in there". Are you kidding me? What is going on at this place?? More

We had the good fortune of being greeted by Ali when we walked in. We knew the car we wanted but knew nothing about the various options or the intricacies of leasing. We did shop around to do our due diligence, we ended up right back where we started and got set up with the exact car we wanted (after Ali tracked it down from another county). Five star service all around. They even let my 3 year old ring the bell after the paperwork cleared! Thank you, we will see you again :) More
