The best way to start is to answer the question why am I writing a review of my experience leasing, because it was the best. I am 70 years old and I have purchased and leased many cars over the years and LIC Hyundai is good dealership and I recommend them, but the main reason that I'm writing this review is the best sales associate that I have met is Francisco Valderrama. He anticipated everything in the process quickly without wasting time and was fair and honest, knowledgeable of all aspects and was not afraid of expressing his opinion, where appropriate. It was very refreshing and proved to me how Francisco was head and shoulders above most of my past experiences, buying or leasing a car. I strongly recommend Francisco Valderrama without any hesitation and when the time comes I will look to work with him again. Michael Hottinger More
My girlfriend and I came to LIC Auto to purchase our first car. From the moment we walked in the door, the experience could not have been better. Rich Crowder was our salesman and he was fantastic. Since we didn't know exactly what we wanted when we walked in, Rich was extremely patient with us as we looked at both used and new options. We eventually settled on a Hyundai Sonata and took one for a test drive. Rich showed us all the options on the car, explained everything in an incredibly clear and concise manner and showed a tremendous knowledge about all the Hyundai vehicles. When it came to working out the price and financing options, both Rich and Jordan were extremely helpful and informative. We got a fantastic price on the vehicle and felt everyone at the dealership was very transparent and upfront, with no unnecessary posturing or back and forth. Finally, Oscar Sanchez helped us finalize the deal by getting us the financing we wanted. Like both Rich and Jordan, Oscar was a pleasure to work with and made it incredibly easy to drive away with the car. I cannot recommend LIC Auto enough as a car dealership; extremely professional, patient, and friendly. Please ask for Rich when you go in, he'll take great care of you and get you a great car. More
After visiting some dealers in search of a used car, a friend of mine recommended I go see Israel Viloria. We went in search for him at another dealership he had taken care of them at New Rochelle. We called him in advance and i came in. He was very friendly and helpful. He then put Roberto Castillo to help me find what i was looking for. I must say Roberto was very patient with me!! We joked around alot and shared many laughs which made the experience better. He helped me get a car that would be within my budget and one I would love and be comfortable with. As a first time buyer I am very satisfied! Roberto thank you!! I definitely recommend this dealership and will go back in the near future. More
The day had been of to a bad start, but David helped turn things around... After being paraded around the Major World lot for an hour only to be shown lackluster, undesired, or impractical cars, my father things around... After being paraded around the Major World lot for an hour only to be shown lackluster, undesired, or impractical cars, my father and I knew we owed ourselves an opportunity to get a better deal. The two of us ran across the street to check out what the LIC Hyundai dealership could offer. My mother, meanwhile, waited at Major World, under duress, as the sales associate there put the pressure on to close on a deal for a car that was in my opinion the best of the worst on the lot. At LIC Hyundai, we were welcomed by David upon entering. We were upfront about our budget, and David took us directly to the lot to see a few options in our price range. The difference in the quality of the cars was immediately apparent. Had David not shared the prices of each vehicle we saw, we would have been sure they were not compatible with our limited budget. At Major World, it took a stubborn if not impatient effort to get the associate to give us even a ballpark estimate of the price. With David, we were shown exactly the car we had in mind, in our price range, in excellent quality. David brought us back inside to the clean, comfortable dealership, offered us drinks and pizza, and got us seated. We put things on hold for a moment while Dad went to go rescue Mom (and several IDs/documents Major World still held). Skipping ahead, David got the ball rolling on the process immediately upon my parents' return, and in very little time, we had all the details sorted. After a trip to the Finance department, which made the effort to present multiple financing options until we found the right one, we were all set. As the car was being gassed up and cleaned (thoroughly!), David showed us around the attached, top-of-the-line service center to meet the staff before being led to the car. A word of advice to anyone who makes it through this whole review: LIC Hyundai and Major World don't just sit on opposite sides of the street; they're on the opposite extremes of the kind of business a dealership can be. If you want the FRIENDLIEST customer service, TOP QUALITY vehicles for the RIGHT PRICE, and the an EASY and RELAXED sales process, just go see David. - Jack More

It took us a moment or two to decide upon the right car and price. They are an extremely busy dealership and Mr. Parhami is wonderfully patient with his customers. As it turned out, I had a cell phone which was not loading into the system and John went to the ends of the earth to troubleshoot the problem and resolve it.He spent at least an hour with me personally and did his homework before I got there. This is truly what customer service used to be in the United States, but hard to find today. I can say that I would recommend this dealership over others because they give you a sense that they are not just pushing cars out the door, but truly interested in serving their clients well. More

I never felt like I was being "sold" and instead felt like he really cared about putting me in the right car. When I found one I liked, he worked with me step by step to get my loan in place and approved, which was a timely process because of my lack of credit history. He explained each detail to me, which was beyond helpful. David seems extremely knowledgeable about the cars he is selling, and about cars in general, and was patient, sweet and professional. I am planning on recommending him to anyone I know who needs to buy a car. More

When I went in looking for a car, he was MOST helpful. He provided me with the EXACT car that I wanted. He went over all the figures of the car and told me he would call me as soon as he had it. In the past, everytime I went back to pick up the car and "meet the finance man" the payment we agreed upon always went up !! When I went to pick up the car, all figures were EXACTLY as we discussed, not a dollar off !!! John spent atleast an hour going over the features of the car and was such a pleasure. He also called me two days later to see how I was doing with the new car. I really must say that I had the best experience ever. More

Immediately upon our 1st meeting, both my wife and I felt very comfortable in his friendly and non push approach. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in all areas. I came there looking for a new car and expecting to receive it in about 10 days. To my surprise, not only did David have my new Sonata washed, insured and ready with new plates, but also the deal was completed with a great price and I was able to drive it home the same day . I plan to buy a Santa Fe in about a year and because of David and his approach, I will come back to LIC Auto and hopefully David is still there!!! More
