Although this is a negative review, I must say that Alex is by far the only honest and straightforward person I dealt with there. After seeing a car online for a certain price, I drive out there from NJ. Had some trouble finding the place, a person on the phone offered to stand outside so I would could locate them. I was already sold on the car provided it drove well, and was willing to pay their asking price, which was fair. I was told I could not drive it that day because it was being serviced because it had an aftermarket alarm system in it that had to be removed. Shady, but so far they were excellent so I brushed it off as truthful, just one of those things. I told them, call me when the car is ready, I want it. After multiple calls on my part, and being told the car would be ready the next day, then a few days, then two weeks I figured I was being given the runaround. No one ever called me back, and apparently my messages were never received. The only person to give me any form of straight up answers was Alex. I called yesterday because I had found another car and wanted to give them one more shot, see which I could get the better deal on. I asked for Alex and was told he was not there, he would be in today at 12, and oh yeah the car is back and ready to be test driven. Today I go out there and Alex is not there (I do not hold him responsible at all for this misinformation) but the car runs well and I want it. The salesman, after sitting down to work out the paperwork) tells me the total price is almost 3 grand higher than the asking price. Like I can't google tax, title, and registration fees, or the limited dealer processing fee and figure out that even with sales tax added on, and rounding every number up, they still wanted almost $1200 more than what it should be. Financing was pushed and pushed, even though I wanted to pay cash and walk out. Very disappointed. Used car buyers beware, new car buyers seem to have better experience. More
