They worked with us to get the car we wanted in a timely fashion and had the knowledge to help us through insurance, registration, explaining the car features and syncing up the cell phone to the car so we could get on the road and begin enjoying the car. What I appreciated most was the combination of Delilah's attempts to reach me and the support of her managers in her absence. Criss was the most straight forward car dealer I have ever had a conversation with. She was delightful and resourceful. She provided the Elantra pricing, joked with me and took the time to get to know about my family. The best thing was that she congratulated me on my daughters' success and we shared college stories. She bought her son an Elantra so I felt my choice was solid. The Hyundai was important, but it is safe to say that I trusted the information and it became a pleasant purchase experience. He was very helpful finding a good insurance quote for us and didn't pressure us to get the deal. I think the perception of most people is that sales people at car dealerships are aggressive and unfair. But Francisco was the total opposite. He acutally made the whole process much easier. After a test drive, David gave us a tour of the dealership from service to detail bay. Very professional. We then met Mike D'Andrea the sales manager to discuss our lease numbers. He took time (alonf with David) to answer any questions we had about leasing, incentives, coupons back etc. On 8/31 we signed for our new 2013 Hyundai Sonata. I then met with Fianance Mario Michel and within 10 minutes all paperwork was reviewed and signed. The numbers were exactly what was agreed to.No confusion. I then met Mr. Paul Pasarelli the GM who should be proud of the staff he has at LIC Hyundai. Check them first before you go anywhere. More
I called on Tuesday just before the holiday weekend and needed my 2011 Hyundai to be checked due to the check engine light being on and the transmission seemed to be giving me some trouble. On wed I realized i couldn't get the car in as early as i had hoped on thursday so i called and asked if i could bring the car in wed and drop it off . They said yes. I was told to bring it in before 5 p.m. Unfortunately on wed i got delayed and didn't get there till just 5 and i was greated without a problem. Jay was at the desk and helpful, polite and reassured me that the car would be looked at and i would be called on thurs. Thursday came, I got the call, came and picked up the car. Upon arriving to get the car, Jay remembered who i was, told me what had been done, called for my car and assured me if i had any problems, i could call. More
