Orginally. I had no Interest in this vehicle. My car was total due to the past storm "Sandy" . My sister just purchased one and insisted I get one. The front desk greeted me. Even the cleaners were pleasant. The front desk provided Mr. Francisco Valderrama he was a pleasant he greeted me as if he was happy to see me. I told him what I was looking for and my prior experience with their competitors . He was surprised and stated he will help me. He was informative friendly. He wasn't pushy..and he made me feel like my personal assistant. In short he was AWESOME. also my phone was dead and mr. Oscar Sanchez let me charge my phone. He too was AWESOME he explained fiancé and ways to keep my car note current with a flexible installments with a smile. Clean offices. Finally I requested a manager to informed of the wonderful experience thus far. Who shook my hand to thank for the compliment. Finally after talking with the banks I got a car that works for me and my family. THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM. I will refer family and friends. More

I went into the dealership with my father looking to lease a new car for him. We had spent the whole day going from car dealership to car dealership being unsatisfied with the experience of the car deal lease a new car for him. Melvin was a breath of fresh air, he was very friendly and fluent in English and Spanish which was very helpful while explaining the details of the lease to my father. We felt at ease and overall satisfied with the experience at Hyundai of LIC. My father loves his new car and honestly I feel a bit jealous of it as well. Hyundai has really refined their new line up of cars and after comparing it with other dealerships, I feel you get the most bang for your buck by driving a Hyundai. I would highly recommend Melvin and the Hyundai dealership of LIC to my friends and family. Honestly, I am planning on doing business with him in the future and trade in my old car for a new one.
