Once we picked up the car he performed the walk around and showed us all the features of the car. He also showed us where the service& parts department are located for future reference.... I came in on 3/16 and found the car to be to my liking. we proceeded to secure necessary paperwork, deposit, etc. On 3/17/13, I returned with balance due, and was able to drive the car home. Debbie was most polite, very helpful, with a pleasant personality. She was very kind and most importantly, respectful. The manager, Israel, was also very efficient in securing, insurance, loan, etc. I have no complaints with Hundai Long Island City. Lucy Walsh More

His name is Francisco Valderrama. I appreciated the fact that he was knowledgable without having to refer to stickers on the windows of the showroom vehicles. Some employees are very pushy and a little too eager to tell you things that you are not ready to process. Mr. Valderrama gave my boyfriend and me the courtesy we expected as we shopped. If a perpective car-buyer were to visit hyundai in LIC, I would recommend Mr.Valderrama to assist them for his overall knowledge, professionalism, and his quiet friendly approach in dealing with car buyers. We wound up leasing a Hyundai Elantra, fully loaded and I absolutely love love love the car. Great price. Great on gas. It is a sleek looking car. It is shimmering white and we tinted the windows - it looks and feels perfect! My boyfriend drives the Hyundai Sonata and he brought it in to the service department a few days later.
