If they're buying out your old lease make sure you have your old lease agreement with you because they will "take your word" for it and won't bother looking it up for you even if you purchased the lease through them. This is why they get 2 stars because it was also my fault for not checking my lease, but you guys can't check that for me? Come on. 3. Make sure your brand new car is in complete working order before you leave. My cross traffic alerts were not working within the mirrors and had to be serviced a day later. My paper work says "road tested verified customer complaint" Thank you to the service department for fixing this. 4. After you have a problem, good luck with anyone in sales getting back to you in a timely manor. 5. My current manufacturers book says "parking distance warning volume" Please note there is no such thing in my vehicle and I have the top package. 6. Website says "Dual fold-away power, bodycolor side mirrors" this does not exist and was told by a sales agent that this doesn't exist on any of the Tucsons. Listen, I get it. We're all busy and people forget things. But not pulling up a customers old lease agreement is just bad business and bad ethics.
