That is not the experience we want anyone to have at Koepp Chevrolet. I was not present when the vehicle was delivered, but I did speak with your husband on Monday morning and let him know that if either of you were unhappy with the deal or the vehicle, you could bring it back that day. He chose to keep the vehicle, and we honored that decision. Due to your specific situation, we only had one lender that was able to approve the financing, and we worked within those terms to complete the sale.
