What can I say about Mr. Royce......but phenomenal! From day one he was on top of making sure everything went smoothly. I've searched for this car which is a Hyundai Genesis for over three months. Royce was day one he was on top of making sure everything went smoothly. I've searched for this car which is a Hyundai Genesis for over three months. Royce was the only person to be persistent in communication. Which I needed especially in my busy life. He reassured me he was there to make my buying process a great experience. I felt very comfortable in him knowing my words and money would not go in vain. However, the Hyundai Genesis I seen on their website was about 90% correct in the pictures. I drove 6hrs to the dealership only to find out that the other 10% was a major deal breaker for me. The two front seats were ripped and I was devastated to say the least! Feeling deceived and overly emotional stressed I was ready to walk away from the deal. I totally understand that buying any newly used car is not always in perfect condition. But I felt hoodwinked, and in that feeling I usually 100% walk away from situations like that....but ROYCE was up for the job to make me as comfortable as possible. He was very sweet and soft spoken and pleasant that I had to hear him out. I was too overwhelmed so I let my sister speak for me,Royce adjusted smoothly with no hesitation. He offered my sister and I drinks, food, a place for me to lay down knowing how far I drove and upset I was. I use to be in sales so I know the "sales game " but Royce was not and is not your typical sales person and we all know what that experience is like. At the end of the work day, Royce stayed conversing with me, my sister and the manager of the dealership to make sure we knew every single step of the way. Royce was able to move the sliding scale of the vehicle price, and on top of that he personally brought me new seat covers which was the best feeling. His honesty, commitment and attitude over powered that 10% of disappointment I had when I seen those seats. Royce is the sales person you do want in life and every time you purchase a vehicle, he's a friend in need! Thank you Royce for your time, support and undeniable beautiful energy you gave my sister and I, we needed that. More
