On 8/29/25 I purchased a used 2019 Chevy Equinox and part of the deal was for them to install a front licence plate bracket as Im in NJ and a Plate is required. Two weeks later they did not contact me so I tryed to contact my salesman and he did not respond to me.Then I contacted the General manager who the had the salesman call me. He then transferred me to the at home service dept which I agreed to an appointment on10/17/25. My took a Vacation day so the car would be here.4 hours before the appointment time they called and cancelled because of a Riveter was not on the truck and they could not do the job.All they had to do in my opinion was to locate the service truck and send someone with the reviter to the truck. They advertise-EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, to me thats FALSE.They did not even offer an appointment change,they just said that I had to come to the dealership instead.Im 76 years old and im not supposed to drive much and the dealership is at least 30 minutes away. Ive bought 55 cars in my 76 years and this dealership ranks one of the worst with me. I will probably just take a chance with not getting stopped by the police because of no plate on the front and no NJ inspection sticker. I give good reviews whenever possible , sorry that this one is not good. More
