The one big negative with this past purchase was the financial manager at the last stage of the transaction. Adam Goldstein was very condescending as well as pushy to purchase Gap insurance and the extended warranties... He made the experience at the end very unenjoyable and we would recommend seeking other financial means for purchasing a vehicle or seek a different financial manager. More

Went in to see how the new Toyota Crown Signia drove and handled. I had no intention of buying anything at this time. By the time I left, I was driving the new hybrid Signia Home.
