Easily the absolute worst dealership in the entire Lehigh Valley. Racist, unprofessional and untrustworthy would be the best ways to describe this sad excuse of a dealership. Not only did they lie directly t Valley. Racist, unprofessional and untrustworthy would be the best ways to describe this sad excuse of a dealership. Not only did they lie directly to my face, and treat us differently once my dark skinned wife sat down, but also presented me with fake financing numbers that required a $6-8000 down payment and monthly payments around $7-800 a month without ever running my credit. I was later prequalified at my own financial institution for the same amount, for about $450 a month and no down payment. This dealership is more concerned with their profit margins than what the customer actually wants and can afford and they will lie and falsify numbers to end up where they want to be. They would rather make what you want seem unrealistic in terms of payment, and/or down payment, and put you into something that makes more money for them in the end. In addition to all of this, when presented this information in a google review they proceeded to harass me with calls, text messages and emails for at least a week so far. Don’t let the decent ratings fool you, they try to bully people into changing or removing the negative reviews.. More
