They advise and fix what's wrong, not every item that is "suggested". Pricing has been competitive with smaller shops, and I know I am getting genuine Mazda parts installed by trained techs...I own two Mazdas (Mazda 3 and Miata MX5) and expect to be taking these to Young for awhile. I called there because I needed to get a new key and have it programmed. The guy who answered the phone in parts gave me misinformation and was not very helpful, so I decided to go in. My Mazda 2 was vandalized (with spray paint) this past weekend, within minutes of my call to Glen help was available and by end of day my car was showroom perfect once again. I brought my vehicle up for regular service, I waited a little over an hour which I think is a fantastic turnaround time. Everything that was done & what needed to be done in the future was explained to little over an hour which I think is a fantastic turnaround time. Everything that was done & what needed to be done in the future was explained to me before check out by very courteous rep. It was a good overall experience. Only negative was that I was really really cold sitting in the waiting room and had to keep my jacket & scarf on and I also had trouble connecting to the wifi. I am also not appreciating having to create a dealerrater user account to log in to, to submit this questionnaire. More
