Best Customer Service!!! when I was looking for a Car, my husband and I knew we wanted a Ford. I had called at least 4 Ford Dealers no seemed very interested to speaking with when I was looking for a Car, my husband and I knew we wanted a Ford. I had called at least 4 Ford Dealers no seemed very interested to speaking with me, when I called Milham Ford I spoke with Todd Allen, he treated me with great kindness. we set up an appt to view a car I was interested in and when my husband and I arrived, the car was ready for us to view. when the car wasn't quite what I expected he had another one ready, which is the vehicle we chose a new 2014 Ford Explorer; while speaking with my husband Todd found out we also were planning on buying another car, but not right at the same visit. He was able to show us another new car that was in our budget, and in October 2014 we left with not one but 2 brand new cars. Todd even talked with my Mother who called from Michigan while we were in the dealership, I told her we were buying new Ford cars and asked to speak to him, I told him and he was more than happy to speak with my 84 year old mother!!! now that is above and beyond the call of duty.
