I mean, coming two hours to look at a vehicle is a huge stab in the dark so I was naturally cautious over my purchase. The staff worked very well with what we wanted and were very accommodating. I would buy a vehicle from them again for sure!!! More

Dishonest After purchasing two vehicles 3 years ago from Milham Ford, I decided to return and purchase 2 new vehicles which is now Koch 33 Ford. The previous s After purchasing two vehicles 3 years ago from Milham Ford, I decided to return and purchase 2 new vehicles which is now Koch 33 Ford. The previous sales person which helped us was now working for Koch Toyota 33 he was able to help us with the Ford purchase since we were pleased with him. Unfortunately we had to deal with the Ford team for the final purchase. We received a written quote for a vehicle number 1, when finalizing the contract it took 3+ hrs the sales manager claimed the printer was malfunctioning and had to rip up two contracts. On the third the numbers were offset on the lines so we did not noticed that the price quoted was different by over $2,000 more. At that time I signed the contract not noticing this mistake. When I got home and reviewed the papers the dealer was already closed so I called the next morning. Only to be told that it was not a mistake that they could not have sold me the vehicle for that amount first quoted and given to me directly from the Ford manager on paper. After disputing the claim they had a different manager call me back. He tried to explain that they made a mistake and could not honor the first quote when I told him it was manipulated and dishonest to change the contract without my knowledge and agreement they promised that they will make it up on the 2nd vehicle. When I returned the next day to purchase the 2nd vehicle this was not the fact they did not make any changes to 2nd vehicle price. So I purchased the 2nd vehicle from a different dealership the very next day. Koch 33 Ford has lost my business. The vehicle I purchased it is a very nice looking vehicle when people ask me where did I get it, the first thing I do is recommend the second dealership and will never recommend Koch 33. Also I am considering legal action against Koch 33 Ford. More
