Recall I dropped my truck off at 10:30am for a 2:00pm appointment for a recall service. I was told it should take 1 hour to fix the recall,so that would be 3 I dropped my truck off at 10:30am for a 2:00pm appointment for a recall service. I was told it should take 1 hour to fix the recall,so that would be 3:00pm, they would call me when done. I didn’t receive a phone call yet by 4:00pm. I was in the area so I stopped in. The service manager was with another customer, he turned to me and said it’s still in the shop getting worked on you can wait in the waiting room. 4:35pm my truck was done. Very Disappointed this was my 1st here, not a good experience at all. More
