Always chaotic. Always slow. Never again. I have only gone here since the leasing company lists this as the first choice. The first time it took 2 days just to find out the Fusion gas cap doo I have only gone here since the leasing company lists this as the first choice. The first time it took 2 days just to find out the Fusion gas cap door programming is intentionally stupid. The second time it took my fighting with them over 3 days to get a tire correctly changed!!! This time they had trouble finding telling me the progress on a repair, had trouble finding who was working on it, and then told me "oh, it's the new guy." Confidence -inspiring! And yeah, they are now on the third day just to improve a minor front end vibration. I will never deal with these people again. More

Horrible. I just bought the vehicle 4 months ago and have had it in the shop 3 times since. The second time my engine light was on it was less than a month afte I just bought the vehicle 4 months ago and have had it in the shop 3 times since. The second time my engine light was on it was less than a month after buying vehicle and they charged me 400 for a crap leak. Just brought it again today and now my catalyst systen and they wouldn’t help me at all, and my warranty wouldn’t cover it. This place does nothing to show concern for their customers. They are so rude and make mean comments since I bought the vehicle. Who wants to bring a car to the shop 3 times after just buying it! More
