I initially took my 2017 Ram 1500 in for the routine scheduled transmission fluid service. They informed me that the transmission was totaled, which made zero sense since it was working perfectly when I scheduled transmission fluid service. Thankfully I had a lifetime MOPAR warranty which covers the transmission. Fast forward to after they had the truck for SEVEN weeks without doing the repair - MOPAR stepped in and said they won’t cover the repair, which was complete xx. After fighting a losing battle with them for two more weeks, I had to decide to either pay $16,000 cash to fix it or take a hit and trade it in for $3,000 (cash value was $24,000). Meanwhile they wouldn’t give me a loaner or rental so I ended up paying about $2,800 to rent a car while the truck was there. Zero reimbursement. Insane. Soooo then I decided to just cut my losses and move on. I agreed to trade the Ram in to them and buy something new off the lot. They gave me a pretty good deal on a new Grand Cherokee. On signing day, they assured me the new vehicle would be detailed, fluids checked, tires inflated, etc. Well they didn’t have any of that done but I didn’t have time to wait. So I called them right away when I got home to set up a time for them to complete those things. Nobody got back to me. Then I realized the vehicle had no oil or wiper fluid, tires were not inflated properly, and the interior and exterior were dirty. Not what you would expect when you buy a new car! Contacted them again, no answer. Started calling daily, no help. FIVE WEEKS later I finally got the general manager involved. He assures me they’ll take care of me. No call back though. I wake up for work one day and the car won’t start and is undrivable. Had to get it towed in to the dealer. They received the vehicle and began work on it. Another five days go by with no call back. I finally just got a ride there so I could get to the bottom of it since nobody would get back to me. They finally got everything done and fixed the issue with it not starting, detailed it, fluids, etc. But it took them over 6 weeks to get me sorted out after I drove it off the lot, and 13 weeks since I initially brought the Ram in for routine maintenance. . All in all, I lost $23,000 of value on my Ram, spent $2,800 on rentals, $450 on uber, and $15,000 down payment on the new vehicle. Suffice to say, this entire experience was an absolute nightmare. Absolutely abysmal customer service, total lack of accountability, no follow up or follow through, and overall unprofessional behavior by them. I would never recommend this dealership to anybody. However, the actual service department did their job correctly. So that’s why I gave two stars instead of zero. For shame Knight, for shame. (Insert middle finger emoji) More

Drove 3 hours to buy a jeep from them as they were the only ones around with the specific jeep I wanted. Waited 4 hours to sign papers which is understandable because they were short staffed. Called there service department and was told they would call me back, next day still no call so called again. Here we are 5 days later still no call so tried again and get transferred around until the line goes dead. More

I was misled from the very beginning by their false advertising and poor business practices, and to make matters worse, the store manager, Miguel, was completely unhelpful and unprofessional throughout the entire process. First off, I was drawn in by an online price, but when I finally got to talk to someone from the dealership, I quickly learned that the listing price was just a bait-and-switch tactic. There was no explanation for the misleading ad. It felt like a deliberate attempt to waste my time and take advantage of potential customers. Miguel, the store manager, was incredibly dismissive when I pointed out the issue. Instead of taking responsibility or offering any sort of resolution, he was condescending and brushed me off as if my concerns didn't matter. His lack of customer service was shocking and left me feeling completely disrespected. It was clear that he didn't care about retaining my business. I also witnessed a number of questionable business practices. There were hidden fees added to the final price that weren't disclosed upfront. The lack of transparency and honesty made me extremely uncomfortable and left me regretting ever considering that dealership. In short, my experience with Knight Claremont Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was an absolute disaster. The false advertising, Miguel's unprofessional behavior, and the shady business practices have completely turned me off from ever considering this dealership again. We saw a used truck advertised at a really good price so I reached out online to inquire. They got right back to me and had me come down to take a look. When we came back to the dealer we talked about the price and what they could do, which on that Thursday wasn't much so we left. Then Saturday morning they call and asked where I was at price wise, I told them my number and they said ok let's get it done. I went back and Cameron had the truck out ,washed and ready to go. Easiest non-pushey salesman I've ever worked with. Keep up the good work Cam thanks again. More
