Some lame excuse was offered that the price "was before options", but they clearly advertised the options. Then on top of that, their cars have overprised lo-jack options, nitrogen air, etc. This is clearly a dealership that is looking to take advantage of the public. More
Purchased a vehicle remotely and worked with Rico and Kim. The dealer added undisclosed “dealer accessories” after the listing, which had to be pushed back on. We eventually agreed (in writing via text) Kim. The dealer added undisclosed “dealer accessories” after the listing, which had to be pushed back on. We eventually agreed (in writing via text) to $1,000 off and a second key for $500. They then stalled the paperwork and later claimed they never agreed to the discount, pressuring me to pay the extra $1,000. Only after I said I would walk away did they honor the original deal. The second key was never delivered, and since closing they have completely ghosted me - no replies to texts, emails, or calls. This was a classic bait-and-switch followed by zero post-sale accountability. Proceed with extreme caution, especially for remote purchases. More
I unknowingly purchased a new 2026 vehicle in December with pre-existing mechanical and electrical issues. Within one week, the car was already back in this dealership’s service department—twice within ju with pre-existing mechanical and electrical issues. Within one week, the car was already back in this dealership’s service department—twice within just days. After escalating to speak with a manager for clarification, I was given apologies and assurances. However, when I reported that the problem continued immediately after the second service visit, I was met with complete silence. For weeks now, the sales manager, service manager, and service advisors have ignored my calls, texts, and emails. These issues are real and documented with photos and videos. Despite this, management dismissed my concerns, saying it was “normal for a showroom car” and that the vehicle was “working itself out.” That is unacceptable for a brand-new car. During the purchase, I was also told that leaving a 5-star review would help close the deal, so I strongly encourage future customers to be skeptical of this dealership’s ratings. This dealership seems focused only on quick, easy repairs. When a problem requires actual investigation, you’re ignored. One service manager even told me, “we don’t get paid to try to figure something out.” The only positive experience I had was with Niko in sales. Everyone else—Miguel, Jose (“Nacho”), Isaiah, and Donovan—was unresponsive or dismissive. More
This was the best experience I have had with a car dealership. They were able to hit a reasonable price and stayed with their commitment through the process. Even the finance side was pleasant to work dealership. They were able to hit a reasonable price and stayed with their commitment through the process. Even the finance side was pleasant to work with. While contemplating buying a new car Knight called me, emailed me and texted me continuously. After driving my newly purchased home from their dealership I noticed one of my headlights was full of water. emailed me and texted me continuously. After driving my newly purchased home from their dealership I noticed one of my headlights was full of water. I called the dealership to see what they were going to do about it. Was directed to person in charge of "New car purchases" but only got her voicemail. Left detailed message with all the information including my name and phone number. That was 4 days ago and still no return call, text or email. I'm pretty certain I've made a bad decision in buying a vehicle from this dealership and would warn anyone considering a purchase from Knight to factor this into their decision. More

** BEWARE OF KNIGHT CLAREMONT CDJR** On October 25, 2025, I traded in my 2020 Dodge Challenger (Blue with a Black Stripe in the center for a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTZ. Reason for my change is b 2025, I traded in my 2020 Dodge Challenger (Blue with a Black Stripe in the center for a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTZ. Reason for my change is because I have military orders and needed a truck to be able to move certain things out of where I'm currently at. When we had everything done for paper work, I was gonna drive the truck out of the lot but saw that the AC unit was blowing hot air when it was on the cold setting. I let them know and told me that it would take 2 days for since they had to fix it. When the 2 days have passed the AC was working fine and blowing cold air. When 2 weeks pass by since I started driving it and the AC started blowing hot air when on the cold setting, the screen in the center moves and clicks apps on its own, and the steering wheel pulls to the right when you drive. All in all in the beginning this place has been very professional and kind but when I call a manager (Danny) to get this fixed, they don't respond to any messages or calls that I send. I understand that they are busy but it's crazy how you guys sold me a truck that has issues and they were not specified in the paperwork. Even here on yelp the manager Patrick responds to the reviews and leaves his phone number and extension but doesn't respond either. As a United States Marine, we here keep each other accountable and this is what this yelp review is. I'm here to keep the managers accountable for the actions that they don't take and seem to just be there and get money from the people and don't help at all. I have been waiting patiently and tried to be professional about the situation but it seems like they are "BUSY" to help out. How is it that I have a truck for only 2 weeks and all of a sudden everything is going bad with it? This is my first time ever writing a review on a place since I'm really not the type of person to do this but there is no leadership here that would help anyone out. As of now I'am currently speaking to legal services on Camp Pendleton base to see the options of this matter since the dealership doesn't seem to help out at all. I don't know how it was certified pre owned with all the issues. Maybe mechanics being lazy since they don't want to work and managers not keeping their employees accountable for the situations that happen. More
