We were approached immediately. Looking to test drive a C series but asked if it would come in a converitable. We were shown the car we bought that had many more options and good price. Perry was very helpful, polite, informative and not "pushy"!! He managed to guide me along the way and offered the option to put the new car on reserve and went out of his way to re-secure the $500 co "pushy"!! Dick Bradley and all the staff at Knauz are wonderful. I have owned three cars from them and personally have worked with Dick for all three sales. My last car was leased from Lexus and I hated it.
