Perry was very helpful, polite, informative and not "pushy"!! He managed to guide me along the way and offered the option to put the new car on reserve and went out of his way to re-secure the $500 co "pushy"!! Was interested in Leasing a Mercedes Benz for my wife and dealership was very helpful in letting us determine the best car for our needs. We weren't pressured into any particular model. They could have easily tried to push us in a more expensive model such as E Class or S class, but they seemed to just go with whatever we wanted to look at which was nice. Overall my wife and I are very happy with the experience, service and Professionalism at Knaus Mercedes in Lake Bluff. I'm so use to High-Pressure Dealerships with too many sales reps waiting to stuff you into anything on the lot.
