He really made it such a great car buying experience. We finally decided we had to have the car and went to pick it up. Everyone we came in contact with from Paul our sales guy to VJ in finance we felt taken care of and at ease. They even washed my fiance's car while we waited! Great Experience at a Knauz! I had bought a BMW X5 10 years ago at Knauz and had a nice experience. I thought it was time to update the car I was driving but wasn't sure if I wa I had bought a BMW X5 10 years ago at Knauz and had a nice experience. I thought it was time to update the car I was driving but wasn't sure if I wanted another BMW or switch to a Mercedes. Either way, I thought the best place to check out new cars was at Knauz. I ended up trading in the X5 for a Mercedes-Benz 2015 ML350 and could not be happier. The car is awesome and the experience at the dealership was above and beyond my expectations. I just want to give a shout out to Jacqui Wiegand, my sales person, and Claire Skuble, the Mercedes-Benz concierge. Jacqui was extremely helpful when it came to making a decision to buy the car. And Claire was incredible with her knowledge and patience in teaching someone all the "bells and whistles" that came with the car. No buyers remorse for me - this was a great experience! Knauz can not program a key I brought my s55 amg in to purchase a second key, Knauz service could not get the programming of the key to work with full function. The key will not open all doors and will not open the trunk. What is worse after two visits the key is still not working properly. I have left messages with the service advisor who will not return my call. If Knauz can not take care of a second key why should I trust them for any other service. Instead try mercedes of Hoffman Estates. More
