They did not have the exact car we wanted on the lot, but Dick found one in the area and had it the next day. He had Sam Greenberg walk us through all of the features of our new car, including setting up our phones and contacts, etc. He did a great job. Vijay took care of the financing for us and offered all of the programs that MB provides in a relaxed setting that let us decide, without any undue pressure. I would go on line from time to time to see if a car, that met my expectations would become available. One did. I contacted Knauz via email on Sunday evening, and told them that I was interested. My wife and I went to the dealership on Monday morning, we're immediately met, and drove out with the new car at noon. We were treated with respect, our negotiations were civil and we came to a mutually agreed on price. No anxiety, no runaround, no game playing, just straightforward business in a friendly setting.
