We had difficulty figuring out how to understand some of the features. We called Knauz on Saturday afternoon and Sam drove to our home and programed the garage door. Sam asked if we had other questions and insisted on staying with us to show us how to work many of the features on the GLK. We are so impressed not only with his amazing knowledge of the car, but how patient and easy he made us feel, too understand all of the electronics. Sam, in our opinion, is Knauz's best asset.
