The previous car was a wonderful MDX and now a stunning GLK350 for my wife. Each visit to Knauz has been a good experience. Our salesman for the Mercedes was Paul Kim. I found Paul to be pleasant, knowledgeable, and honest. He has a very suitable personality for his line of work. I appreciate his factual common sense no pressure style. After a fair negotiation on price we then worked with Mr. Vijay Zaveri on financing the car. I can't recommend this gentlemen highly enough. He was smart, gracious, and understanding of our needs. He was able to put together a deal for us that exceeded my expectations. Simply a superb gentleman to work with. I also want to thank Sam Greenberg for the wonderful assistance he provided my wife. He very quickly and professionally customized the vehicles settings for her. I really appreciate having a world class facility like Knauz in our area to do business with.
