He even demostrated the self-parking feature which I would have been afraid to try if I hadn't seen him do it first! Hans Kribbel was very personable and made us feel very welcome as we moved the purchase process. He even came out before we left to congratulate us and pointed out a feature in the trunk that we didn't know we had. I just had an oil change and service A walked into the showroom and was greeted by Andreas. Adam was also there he had helped me more than once with all the technical stuff of the car. It's nice to see the same faces time after time to me it says something about Knauz and the people they employ!! More

Sam even came to my home, twice, to program my garage openers. I have just bought a SL 63 AMG, GLE350 and a few years ago a CL550. Sam not only showed us the way the functions worked, but made common sense suggestions so we understood why and how a specific setting would work best in our everyday life. Sam was very patient as I am not that tech savvy. Despite my lack of knowledge about some basic iphone capabilities, Sam not only explained the phone functionality, but also showed me how it would be enhanced in conjunction with the Mercedes capabilities. Sam is a very valuable employee and should be applauded for his friendly customer service and going above and beyond what would typically be expected. Thank you Sam! More
