We recently bought our 9th and 10th Mercedes from Knauz, a 2016 GLC and a 2017 C Class sedan. Dick Bradley has been our Sales Representative since 2004 and it has been a pleasure to deal with him. Dick is a seasoned sales agent who is very well informed on features of the various models. He always acts on our behalf. Current Mercedes have more features since our 1985 model. Sam Greenberg explained a few features that weren't clear from the manuals. We might need Sam's help in the future as we explore our new cars. Easy to do business with! I live in Orland Park and was looking at the GLC 300 with lots of extra's. I started my communication with him via email and once I got to the dealership he was very professional. He listened very carefully to the specifications I outlined and even though they didn't have the car in the lot, he didn't try to sell me something else. He worked with me to get the car I wanted in the next shipment. This was worth the wait as the new GLC300 came with the packages I had to have. He kept me informed every step of the way and when I went to pick up my new car, the paperwork with the finance office went very quickly, by far the quickest I've ever been through. I'm very pleased with my overall experience and highly recommend Marc and Knauz Continental Autos. Facility is very clean and welcoming so I will definitely try out the Service department when the time comes for maintenance. More
