Excellent, I live in Arizona and buy my cars from Knauz I purchased a 2018 GLC and 10 minutes after delivery, the module controlling the entire vehicle faulted. I was told it would take 1 to 7 days to get t I purchased a 2018 GLC and 10 minutes after delivery, the module controlling the entire vehicle faulted. I was told it would take 1 to 7 days to get the part from Germany for there wasn’t one in the USA. Strah was instrumental in procuring the part and MB shipped the part overnight and within 1 day my vehicle was up and running. This expeditious service allowed me to maintain my schedule and return to Arizona, and I might add that this all occurred during the Thanksgiving Holiday week. He put together a great deal on the new car AND got us a great deal on our trade-in. Strah Gostovic, who works with Steve as concierge, is a wonderful asset to the dealership. He spent time on several occasions showing me how to use all the technology in the car. He is immensely patient and kind. He is available throughout the day via phone or in person and never made me feel silly with all my many questions. This entire experience has been amazing!! More
