It was over 80 years ago when, Karl Knauz the father of the current chairman, Bill Knauz, created the dealership that would bear his name for generations to come. Karl Knauz after years of being a chauffeur opened a gas station in Lake Forest. Did he imagine that this modest beginning would come to be one of the most recognized dealerships in the country. The franchises they have now, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, MINI, Land Rover, Hyundai, smart have put their trust in the Knauz family, (with Mercedes-Benz going all the way back to 1959). They have weathered the good times and the bad, and done so by taking care of customer's using 'The Golden Rule".

We first went to Knauz and was assisted by Paul Kim and he helped us test some Mercedes models we’re considering. After a few days we went back to finalize our decision and was assisted by Peter Polanski. he helped us test some Mercedes models we’re considering. After a few days we went back to finalize our decision and was assisted by Peter Polanski. They were all very knowledgeable of the product they’re selling - believe me, we have met other sales assistants from other dealers who has no idea what they’re talking about - and we had a great experience with them. Went back a few days after cuz we had some questions about the set up and was assisted by Daniel. They are all great and accommodating. Highly recommended! More

MICHAEL JACKUS IS BY FAR THE MOST PLEASANT AND UNDERSTANDING SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES I HAVE EVE I CAME IN TO THE SHOWROOM WHILE WAITING FOR SERVICE. MICHAEL JACKUS IS BY FAR THE MOST PLEASANT AND UNDERSTANDING SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES I HAVE EVER MET. HE ALWAYS SHOWS HIS INTEREST AND CONCERN AND FOLLOWS THROUGH WITH THE BEST SERVICE EVER. HE SHOWS INTEREST IN ACCOMMODATING MY SERVICE NEEDS. GARY GREETED ME AS I LOOKED AT THE ARRAY OF CARS IN THE SHOWROOM.
