This is the worst dealership for after sales strive. They are only there to get your money once they have it, they will not bother. DONOT buy from here. There are other good dealerships in Houston where They are only there to get your money once they have it, they will not bother. DONOT buy from here. There are other good dealerships in Houston where you can find good agents and Managers. The manager, Juan Martinez is awful. You can never reach him and he will never get back to you. Aaron Rush, their finance guy is horrible as well. They will not give you proper papers when you buy the car and when you ask them to give those papers, they will give you a run around for getting them and good luck in getting them! Cannot emphasize the carelessness with which these guys deal with customers. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!! Invest your money elsewhere! More
Overfilled the oil on my Corvette after they listed it wrong in the system. Let it sit for 30 min completed and didn’t bother to tell me so I ordered a Uber for nothing. Checked the car when I got home an wrong in the system. Let it sit for 30 min completed and didn’t bother to tell me so I ordered a Uber for nothing. Checked the car when I got home and it’s 2 quarts over full. I drive back over there and they have people in slacks and button ups who don’t know anything about cars trying to convince me I was wrong as they manipulate the dipstick with their rag, when I check it myself right in front of them it’s clearly 2 quarts overfilled. So instead of just doing whats right and doing it again, They want to argue with me. While the two gang members that changed the oil crack jokes that I must be a forum member. Finally, I had enough because it was obvious they weren’t trustworthy or didn’t know what they were doing to begin with so I just came home and redid the job myself, I guess that’s what I get for trying to save time. Do not take your car here for any reason because in the event something does go wrong they’re not going to do anything to help because apparently $100 is worth losing customers. More
One of the most insanely rude and unprofessional customer service experiences I've ever had! Devin, the manager screamed and cussed at my girlfriend and I like a lunatic. We agreed to a deal with them, an service experiences I've ever had! Devin, the manager screamed and cussed at my girlfriend and I like a lunatic. We agreed to a deal with them, and we told him from the start that the car we were trading in was had to be jumped the last time it started, and possibly needed a new battery, which is why we were asking for very little money for it. We gave him the vin, the miles and pictures of it, and he agreed to give us a little money for it based on those, knowing it was having trouble starting. My girlfriend signed everything, the deal was done but the car wouldn't start, even with a jump. When I told him we would have it towed there, he immediately started screaming and cussing at myself and girlfriend, saying I was full of s#!t and telling me to get the f*** out. The salesperson we'd worked with before that, Mia, was also somewhat rude and unprofessional, which is why I was glad when Devin took over. But it's no wonder the salesperson is unprofessional, the manager is a complete lunatic and has absolutely no business in customer service! More
Want to not have their tow truck call you back for a tow into their service shop after a service advisor tells you they will? Go here. Want to not have their service advisors call you back? Go here. D into their service shop after a service advisor tells you they will? Go here. Want to not have their service advisors call you back? Go here. Don't care about how you'll be treated? Go here. Don't care about your vehicle? Go here. Save yourself stress and take your vehicle that needs service anywhere but here. I'm having my vehicle towed 10 miles further to Mac Haik. Thanks for nothing, Knapp. Either your service advisor, Chris, totally dropped the ball or your tow truck driver did. Either way, it's clear from your service reviews and lack of responses that y'all could care less. More

Do not buy a car here! I purchased a car that I thought was good. They assured me they checked it out and they have been is business for over 80 years. I get the car servic I purchased a car that I thought was good. They assured me they checked it out and they have been is business for over 80 years. I get the car serviced 7 days later at the BMW dealer and they tell me it was in an accident and tit would be dangerous to drive the car. I contact them and they said I had an accident. I have full insurance and if I had an accident I would have reported it. They refuse to do anything. The repairs are more than I paid for the car. I reported them to Texas DMV. Apparently there are several complaints of this nature. Do not trust these fraudsters. More

Bought a truck and an in less than 1 week it broke down and wouldn't start. I took it back to the dealer and they called me 2 days later and told me my side window had been broken and all four tires and r and wouldn't start. I took it back to the dealer and they called me 2 days later and told me my side window had been broken and all four tires and rims were stolen while locked up in their yard, They then said it was not their problem and I should call my insurance company. How is this my problem , you had the car in your shop and did not take care of it. More
I found a truck listed as new on their website in December of 2021. I contacted them to express interest in the vehicle and indicated I was a fleet buyer eligible for fleet discounts. They quoted a r December of 2021. I contacted them to express interest in the vehicle and indicated I was a fleet buyer eligible for fleet discounts. They quoted a rate higher than listed on the website and said they needed my fleet number. (with fleet discount would have been what was shown on website). Since I am out of state they mailed the purchase documents which then disclosed the truck was actually used and no fleet discounts available. The sales staff was unable to explain why the truck was listed as new and why he sent me a quote for a new truck when it was in fact used. The purchase amount was again different from all prior conversations. There were other significant problems with the paper work having incorrect information and inaccurate calculations. I lost all faith in the dealership but still wanted the truck so I flew to Texas to see if the truck actually exists. The dealership expected my arrival but was still unprepared. They did not have proper paperwork in place for purchase. Furthermore, they again had different numbers on the paper work from all prior documents. After a couple hours they were able to piece together the necessary paper work and insisted on charging me the Missouri state tax. (I understand this is how Texas works but Missouri does not have a system to accept payment from the Texas dealer). After 3 months of fighting with Knapp they finally refunded the $4,000 taxes and mailed a copy of the title so I could get the vehicle licensed in Missouri. While signing documents in their office I refused to put my signature on a blank power of attorney form. When copies of the forms were later mailed to me I found that their office forged my signature on the still blank form and even notarized it. At no point through the entire process was I happy with the experience. The staff was unable to answer basic questions and failed to provide accurate documentation. The finance officer talked about how the sales rep had no idea how to do his job and the salesman said the same about the finance guy. The place is poorly managed. Despite numerous requests to speak with a location manager I never heard from anyone. I bought three other trucks this year from other dealers and had a fabulous experience. Stay away from Knapp if at all possible. More
