John Rogers absolutely went out of his way to earn our business! He brought a vehicle that met my criteria from California for us an a price that will keep us coming back for a long time. His dealership is over 200 miles from my home, and I would make the trip there over and over again to deal with not only John, but Grant, the sales manager. Thank you to both for a great new car experience! I would rate this dealership higher than 5 starts, but that is all they provided. Thanks again to John and Grant! More

Bo Dunaski listened to my concerns and made sure they were all looked I brought my Volvo in for routine maintenance and had a few additional concerns. Bo Dunaski listened to my concerns and made sure they were all looked into. He kept me informed of the progress and gave me the option to replace my break pads (which I was happy to do while already at the dealership). I also enjoyed chatting with Austin DeFor, our sales rep, talking about the new models on the showroom floor as well as the ones yet to come! I drove away knowing my car had been well taken care of. Worst customer service experience I have ever had Despite the inconsistent and slow response I received while shopping for vehicles from Ryan Ablan I decided to lease an XC90 here. I have been regret Despite the inconsistent and slow response I received while shopping for vehicles from Ryan Ablan I decided to lease an XC90 here. I have been regretting ever since. They insisted I take the new vehicle that day selling me on them taking my current lease back to the dealer and how it would be much easier and convenient for them to do it. Unfortunately, I was not planning to leave my vehicle so I did not have the 2nd key with me, but they said they would arrange to have someone meet me at my previous dealer to turn in my old lease and so I could turn in both keys and receive lease end documents. When I followed up the next business day I got a run around about getting my lease turned in and was finally told that there were no runners and my salesman would contact me the following day to get it taken care of. I waited until early afternoon with no word only to find out it was his day off and he could not bother to tell anyone else that it needed to be taken care of. I asked to speak to a manager, but was given to yet another sales person who said he would have the used inventory manager get right back to me about getting it taken care of. After 2 hours of nothing I called back and ended up talking to Melissa Daugherty who said she had just gotten back from turning my car into my dealer though apparently no one felt the need to tell me that it was being taken care of. I then contacted the leasing coordinator at my previous dealer only to find out they never received it. I had to call Melissa back to find out that she just drove it to the nearest dealer down the street at her convenience which meant I then had to drive 45 mins through rush hour to turn in my 2nd key and avoid being charged for it. When I voiced my frustration with the entire situation she became rude and condescending. I have absolutely zero faith in this dealership's customer service and I am horrified that I am now stuck dealing with them for the next 3 years. I would never recommend dealing with Kline in any capacity. By far the worst and most frustrating experience I have ever dealt with. Simple communication, politeness, or the slightest impression they care at all about their customers would have been nice. More

Scott Muellner was the service coordinator and was excellent in coordinating the transfer from Sioux Falls to Minneapolis and in communicating progress in a very timely way. I never had any worries. The entire dealership has been very impressive from sale to service. Karleen Byrnes is an outstanding sales person. I felt like I was s valued customer! More
