This is the fourth vehicle that I have gotten from Kline Nissan, the sales and dealership representatives have always been very fair, friendly, professional, and personable. I have also used their service Nissan, the sales and dealership representatives have always been very fair, friendly, professional, and personable. I have also used their service department and have always found them to be empathetic and understanding of any problem, and/or willing to do what needs to be done to make your visit the best possible. First off the buying portion of the sale went very fine in my opinion. The salesman was very friendly and I ended up buying the car I wanted. However, once leaving the lot with my new car and after the fol in my opinion. The salesman was very friendly and I ended up buying the car I wanted. However, once leaving the lot with my new car and after the following weeks my opinion of them as a dealership went completely downhill. I bought my car in early September, the car's license plates were to expire that same month and I was told that I'd receive a phone call the minute they had the new plates in at the dealership and that they'd mail them to me once they received them. Around the 20th of the month I started to wonder when my licensing would arrive so I called the dealership and they told me that they didn't have them in. I called back a few days later and received the same response. Finally October came and my license tabs on my new car were now expired. So I call again and ask why I haven't gotten them yet and am told that they just hadn't gotten them in yet, etc etc. Finally a couple days pass again and I call asking to speak with the manager of sales and am directed to the person that is in charge of ordering licensing for (used) vehicles. It is with this person that I am finally told that they didn't have my license in yet because they didn't charge me enough for them. I was charged $99 instead of $189. For whatever reason the 5+ times that I had called prior to that they didn't ever think of telling me that and that I wouldn't ever receive them till I paid the difference! So after clearing up that issue I was told that she'd get them that day and have them shipped over night to my house (I live almost two hours away from the dealership and she knew that). This was Thursday of that week...so if they were shipped over night that next day I should have received them on that Saturday. Along comes Tuesday of the next week and I still haven't received them yet, I receive a voice mail from some other person that I haven't talked to yet saying that my licensing is finally in at the dealership and that I can pick them up any time during business hours...What part of shipping overnight and me living two hours away did they not understand!? So I sit here half way through the month of October still with expired tabs on my license of my new car waiting for the horrendous service at this dealership to mail me my licensing. Unless you absolutely enjoy dealing with the headaches that come with horrible customer service I'd recommend staying away from this dealership. More
