It took over 4 hours to buy the car. The finace guy was rude and told us we had to buy thing we did not need. They promised to fix things on the car if we brought it back. I bought a car through Kline, and the sales experience was great. They were willing to work with me, and we bought the car we always wanted. We were teetering, so they even threw in $10 oil changes for li was great. They were willing to work with me, and we bought the car we always wanted. We were teetering, so they even threw in $10 oil changes for life. How nice. Or so I thought. After a while, my wife tried to make an oil change. They said they would have to charge her $380 for some extended warranty. She told them how we were supposed to have $10 oil changes for life. They literally laughed at her over the phone. So she emailed me this, and I called. They said that our salesman, Bruce, lied and that he doesn't work there anymore. They said they would look into getting my wife in for one last oil change, and they would call her ASAP. They never called. They'll say anything to make a sale. Go to a different dealership, get a better deal, and deal with more trustworthy people. Otherwise, you WILL be dealing with headaches in the future. More
Sales person not competent, offered incorrect information for important questions related to financing, not forth coming about what personal information was needed by the client. Sales person, finance officer and floor manager treat the client in an offish manner regarding complaints, issues, in a manner that suggests the client is at fault, show no care addressing the mistakes made by the dealership. It is like once you purchase you become persona non grata. More
I bought a nissan Maxima from this place a month ago. There were several mistakes in the paperwork and they called me to go there again, because they gave me the wrong APR. They only gave me one key for the car and didn't have the decency to buy another key for us $240. He said we are giving you what we got. couple of weeks later, i checked the Air filter, this nasty old air filter came out which was never changed, that shows that they never even looked at the car and sold it as they bought it. I have a picture of this airfilter, I wish I could post it here. I changed the oil right away. One more thing, never ever put on a deposit for a car. They asked me for a 500 dollar deposit and i gave them a 100 dollars, my biggest mistake. Never going back there. I urge you not to go there either. I had a survey call from them a month later and I complained but nothing. The car had a few minor scratches on it and they gave me a filler to fill them which never worked. I am placing this review everywhere I can. More
My boyfriend and I purchased a vehicle through them back in December 2011. Because I was trading in my vehicle and he was taking out a loan for the rest of the vehicle we wanted both names on the title. The in December 2011. However, four months later when we received our title my name was not on it. So, I called and was told this would be fixed, and that they would call me the next day to confirm. Yet, they never did call me back, nor did they return my NUMEROUS correspondents. Finally, two months later I contacted the General Manager and he told me that I would have never been put on the title because the loan wasn't in my name--a very different answer than what we were told when purchasing this vehicle. Following this further, they were completely unapologetic for the fact that we were lied to, and manipulated into buying this car. Now we have to go back into the DMV and repay the sales tax and title fee to put my name on the title. In all, this place is an unethical, and rather pathetic place to do business through. Please do your research and go somewhere else. More

They lie to sell cars. Would not replace bumper like promised. Bought vehicle with terms being replace bumper, fix illuminated light, and fix broken marker light. HORRIBLE SERVICE: i bought a pre-owned titan from HORRIBLE SERVICE: i bought a pre-owned titan from kline. i noticed that they didnt change the oil before selling it to me, so i brought it to their HORRIBLE SERVICE: i bought a pre-owned titan from kline. i noticed that they didnt change the oil before selling it to me, so i brought it to their service department to get it changed. when they changed the oil & returned the truck to me, something didnt feel right. sure enough, it wasnt 10 miles later that my truck began smoking badly before it came to a grinding hault. i had the truck towed back to kline, and the next day went in to see what had happened to the engine. it turned out, that the transmission hose was severed, and has leaked out all of the transmission fluid. the service advisor said it was my fault, and charged me for all the repairs. I WILL NEVER GO BACK More
