Working with Adam Bazille is always a pleasure I've purchased several vehicles from Kline Nissan. Recently I purchased a 2017 rogue SL premium. Let me start by saying this car is AMAZING. I know I've purchased several vehicles from Kline Nissan. Recently I purchased a 2017 rogue SL premium. Let me start by saying this car is AMAZING. I know am the proud owner of TWO amazing nissans. My 2010 Nissan Altima is pushing 180,000 miles and still drives the way it did the day I bought it. I was so happy with the Altima I decided to give the rogue a try. It has exceeded my expectation. Working with Adam Bazille at Kline Nissan made the process so easy. Paper work was done ahead of time and I was in and out of the dealership quickly. He ran through all of the new bells and whistles and had me feeling confident about all of the new technology. I live in Wisconsin but continue to drive several hundred miles to Kline Nissan to purchase my vehicles from Adam. Anyone who is in the market for an honest, trustworthy sales person should definitely stop in and see him More
With a thankful heart While driving to an appointment I heard this knocking sound.. I arrived safely but there was something hanging down about mid-car, looked like a strap While driving to an appointment I heard this knocking sound.. I arrived safely but there was something hanging down about mid-car, looked like a strap to me. I called the service center, they made an appointment for my car. There was fear in my heart about what was wrong. Jennifer Maguire, the service advisor checked me in...told me NOT to worry....she directed me to coffee and when she came in a few minutes...she said..."it's what I thought it was the wind guards." I had fear that it would be very expensive she said, NO don't worry about that. HOW VERY WONDERFUL TO HAVE MY CAR FIXED. I am very thankful for the WONDERFUL service I received and for the coffee too. Thank you Kline Service team. I know that you all work together and I am so thankful for each and every one of you, I'll recommend you always. Thank you, Linda Carlson....Merry Christmas More

Was told they were looking at it. I went for a walk around the building and there was my truck sitting out back. It hadn't even been brought into they bay. I went inside and was told they had to look at someone else's car. I insisted on a rental and went home. They called me at the end of the day and was told they couldn't find the problem. On Thursday they called me at the end of the day and was told that they still couldn't find the problem and they'd be going home in 10 minuets so I couldn't get my truck that day. Friday came and no calls. I called and left a message as to the progress and never heard from them. Saturday morning a finally got a call that I could come pick up my truck. When I arrived they told me I would be $119. I said I had an extended warranty so there shouldn't be a charge and asked what they did to correct the issue. They told me that they couldn't figure out the problem so it was a diagnostic fee. I told them that they hadn't diagnosed anything and I had gone without my truck for 3 days with almost no communication. They then said that If I wanted my truck back I was going to have to pay or they wouldn't allow me to take it. I called the service manager, Brian, and left a message. He did not call me back. I had to call again to get a hold of him. I told him of my experience and that I'd like to have some consideration on my bill. I explained the situation and that I'd been bringing my '04 Titan there since it was new until I replaced it with my '14 Titan that I had purchased there. He said just because their communication was lacking and they found nothing, they wouldn't refund me any money for my inconvenience. I told him I had been a costumer for 12 years and asked if he was willing to loose my business. He just said that if that's what I had to do then he's ok with it. They have lost my business. More

They were mad at me because I was dropping off my wife's truck (also mine as far as paper work goes) ...instead of her.. This is an oil change and a few other regular maintenance appointment. Should be easy to drop off, have service done and a pick later in the day. Instead I almost called the police because everything turned so heated. Rude and intolerable. Talked to the manager Brian that was incapable of defusing a situation. There was nothing of quality whatsoever during this visit. I left and highly recommend finding another dealer that is more capable in doing their job and working with the public. More

We test drove a car advertised on their site, and as soon as we sat down to talk price the sales man said he was sorry but the price just went up. I bought a Maxima from Kline in 2007 and today it has 68000 miles and looks like new. However, the floor on both the passenger and driver sides have rusted through. Both sides have an area about the size of a large football in the exact same areas. This service manager said that the warrantee is expired so there is nothing they would do. I have since gotten the car repaired ($1200.00) after a lot of effort that I will not get into here. I will say that it was recommended by one of the repair facilities I visited, that I contact the NTSB as the rotting floor is a safety issue if not detected soon enough. My point to Kline was that this is an expensive automobile and it is the 21st century. This sort of deterioration should not happen. I have owned numerous, not Nissan, cars and trucks in my lifetime, keeping each 8-12 years and have never seen this sort of issue. Dealers are always very accommodating when you are looking to buy. The purchase experience is always great. What separates a great dealership from the "sales only" dealers is the willingness to be of service to owners regardless of the issue. Kline is not a great dealership! More
