Tried to trade the car that I ended up with back after 2 1/2 days for my own car. Fought with the manager for 45 minutes just to get it! He also called me a LIAR! Why would I smoke in a car that I hated?! Yes, I’m a smoker. So naturally my coat and things would smell like smoke as well. Said they found ash in the car. I had rolled down the back window to entertain my son while I smoked OUTSIDE!!! 😡 I never had the original paperwork that I signed saying that the car was officially mine AND I never gave them a down payment for the stupid car! They MADE me pay a $200 cancellation fee for the loan AND they’re also charging me for the mileage, bombing of the car to get rid of the smoke smell, and for “renting” the car for the 2 1/2 days! As far as I know, dealerships usually have a 7 or 14 day return policy if you’re not happy with the car. Mya Moua was very nice and friendly. She tried her hardest to help me get the car I truly wanted. And Juan even offered to let me have my old car back the day before. Mya and Juan both knew that I wasn’t very happy with the car that I had. Never have I ever been treated so rudely by a dealership before! Let alone be called a liar! Thats what really bothers me AND fighting just to get my old car back! I will never return to Klein Nissan in Maplewood! And I will NEVER recommend any family OR friends to go there. That was the worst treatment I have ever had from any dealership!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 More

Except for the electric car salesperson oh, all the people I saw in sales and service didn't wear masks until required by the state. If they don't take care of themselves and their customers health I don't expect they're that great at taking care of cars either. More
