I have three vehicles that I take to Klick Lewis for service work. Scott and his techs always have the work done promptly and keep me informed throughout the entire service process. The price scored an GOOD rating because I feel it is a little high for repairs, but not unreasonable. Besides you get what you pay for and it's not bad paying a little extra for GREAT service work. I've only dealt with a few other car dealerships in the past and Klick Lewis is by far my favorite dealership to work with when it comes to buying a new car and for maintenance needs as well. The staff is always friendly and prompt when getting back to us or helping us out with any questions or concerns we have experienced as vehicle owners. In this fast pace world it is always refreshing to know that someone still cares about customer services and wants to accomodate the needs and wants of their customers as much as the staff at Klick Lewis. I've never had a bad experience with them and hope to be a lifelong customer of their institution. It saddens me that I only get to see the staff at Klick Lewiw once in a great while as I drive a 2007 Pontiac Torrent and my husband drives a Chevy Tahoe, both cars are reliable and in great shape, thanks in part to the wonderful service and Staff at Klick Lewis.
