I'm 19, had no credit (or so I thought) and I desperately needed a car. I went around to multiple dealers around town and was told NO every single time. I spoke with Randy and explained my situation and he said he'd be more than happy to work with me. So I went in on Friday (he stayed after his schedule time to help me) and we test drove some cars. Randy is a friendly and personable guy who was more than happy to be able to do what he could for me. When we sat down and started figuring out the numbers and if I was approved or not I felt as though Randy WANTED me to get the car, rather than just denying me right away. Randy worked his magic and BAM I was approved! Generally, someone like myself walking into a dealership I would be ripped off or scammed. I went in by myself because I had no one else to help me, but I felt like Randy really didn't pull the wool over my eyes, and he almost had a "father-like" quality to him as far as helping me through the process. The service that I receive from this dealership is outstanding. The ease by which I can call to make an appointment for service is fantastic. Scott immediately scheduled the service and arranged for a loaner car. Dropping off my car and picking up the loaner was so fast, I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Picking up my repaired car was just as fast. Scott has stayed in touch with me to make sure that there have been no other issues. I tell everyone that this is the best dealership and while the location is not convenient to me, it is well worth the drive. More
