Customer service is non existent. My vehicle in for service for 5 weeks and I didn't get one call from my service advisor, I had to call every couple weeks for an update. Service advisor wasn't necessary rude, but very dry and unenergetic. The new facility is nice, although empty. I did enjoy the free ice-cream offered by the lady who took my payment. More
