The water pump went out on my Jeep Gladiator Friday late afternoon. I am over 1000 miles from home and was very nervous about how long it would take to fix. Someone called me 1st thing Monday morning to a afternoon. I am over 1000 miles from home and was very nervous about how long it would take to fix. Someone called me 1st thing Monday morning to ask what was going on as it was towed in after they closed on Friday. They called back in the afternoon to tell me that they ordered the part. By mid-morning on Tuesday, they called to tell me it was ready. I was so thankful for the quick repair and great communication. More
