Recall work only half done, drivers side door. They said passenger door already damaged due to water/ ice. Now I will have to pay to have the passenger door reca only half done, drivers side door. Change oil & filter in Ford Flex I have been coming to Wentzel Ford for at least 30+ years.Larry and his crew have ALWAYS done great work at a reasonable price. I have purchased only new FORDs (cars and trucks)during this time period from Randy. My wife at times think I should look at GM. I listen, but I do what I think is right-------Wentzel FORD!! LARRY in service and RANDY in sales is why I stay with Wentzel. Check back with me in 10-12 months and I will tell you if I purchased a new 2019 Ford and if service is great from Klein Ford.
