Very helpful. Had an 8 o'clock appointment. The evening before and 3 minutes before they closed I called Kleins in Winneconne cuz I had a tire losing air majorly. Had an 8 o'clock appointment. The evening before and 3 minutes before they closed I called Kleins in Winneconne cuz I had a tire losing air majorly. They said bring it in, gave me a loaner, and couldn't have been nicer. I would have had a flat tire for sure had I not been able to bring the car in. They had my tire fixed and oil changed ( which I had a scheduled appointment for) when I came in at 9 the next morning. Fast service on the spot, friendly people to work with! Came in because I had punctured my tire. I was greeted by multiple people and showed the way to service to see when I could get the vehicle in, and w Came in because I had punctured my tire. I was greeted by multiple people and showed the way to service to see when I could get the vehicle in, and was told I would be able to get a loaner. At the service desk, I was told they could fix it right away if I had a few minutes. I did, and it was all done in 15 minutes! Reasonable charges paid and we were on our way in no time!
