Just an oil change but a nice experience. I was just in for an oil change and had some questions about how the key fob worked. Tire repair I stopped in the day before with a low tire pressure issue. I was seen very quickly. The tire was aired up and checked. A nail was found in the tread. Extra Mile Oil Change. I took my Escape in for the recommend oil change and was delighted with the extra service. I was advised last year to replace my tires and there was a special "free lifetime tire rotation" Michelin tire promotion that I had forgotten about. Larry Krueger, Service Manager, is excellent to work the and takes of both vehicles. I'm looking forward to seeing and using the new dealership when it's built next spring. I'll be looking for a replacement vehicle, or two, next year and will give the sales department an opportunity for my business. Keep up the great service gentleman. More
