***BEWARE*** After reading through the reviews it seems as though im not an isolated case. If you had issues with Bergstrom be prepared to have the same here. the same guys are now at Klein that used to be as though im not an isolated case. If you had issues with Bergstrom be prepared to have the same here. the same guys are now at Klein that used to be at Bergstrom. the service manager Jason Fischer says he has 25 years experience. knows how to play the game and says he's one of the best in the warranty business with some rattled off number he gave me. for knowing so much, he didn't even know that Fords newer vehicles are all online...lmao. yet he pulled all my codes online. Lied to me. vehicle has an extended service plan through Ford for 100k. multiple times the vehicle was brought in for the same issues and they were supposed to go through the proper steps According to Fords TSB. first time in they reprogram the transmission as per the TSB. second time in they do it again and rebuild the valve body per TSB. still not fixed and now the starter is intermittent and needs to be tapped in order to start the vehicle. third time in still under 100k I get sent home after I drove 45 min one way because they didn't have time to get me in. even after I had a scheduled appointment. I've turned away numerous work trips to this point already costing me thousands of dollars. I was adamant to get this taken care before the warranty ran out which the 25 year top rated service manager said "no worries. I know how to play the game. you're truck is covered. everything is fine. we will get it fixed up when we have time." fat forward another week and I drop the truck off for the entire week while I was out of town. repair order said tear down transmission. mid week comes around and I call to check in. nothing done to the truck other than another xx reprogram. I get home on Friday take the truck and both times I stopped had to bang on the starter to get it to work. yet the awesome service guys tell me it's working as designed. they also tell me they can see the error codes with the truck not starting....hmmmm but you didn't know the trucks were online??? drive the truck home call back on Monday. schedule another visit for Aug 1. again was told everything is fine we have an open ticket. sorry about not getting it fixed the week you were off. the kid that I had working for me didn't know what he was doing I had to leave for some family stuff and no one was able to follow through and make sure things were getting done correctly. But this time we will get it done for you.....no communication again so I call back after the 3rd day of the 8 they had the truck. The 25 year top service guy tells me...."oh yeah...so I have a request in for approval on the warranty repair. they denied it the first time. but I'm doing my best to get this done for you. I know how to play the game. 25 years at Bergstrom. I know what I'm doing." Then tells me to call Ford because my word would mean more and not make it look like the dealer was just our for money.?!?!?! xxx? I call Ford and they tell me the dealer really screwed up on this. nothing we can do. this is the dealers fault and they need to take care of it. mileage is past the 100k and not our problem anymore. I call the dealer back and the amazing Jason is passing the buck on to everyone other than him. As the saying goes don't leave the guy who created the problem in charge of the solution. I was threatened that if I didn't bring the loaner back they would report it stolen. I want to know how they started my truck? I went to pick it up and the starter just clicked. I guess that's how it was designed according to them...lmao. lies upon lies. Won't own up to their mistakes. No customer service. I talked to fords customer service again today and now all of a sudden my extended warranty information has disappeared from my Ford account. Almost 20 days of lost work because of the negligence from this dealership and the best warranty guy in the business and they wonder why customers are upset? More

If you claim to be "Awesome", prove it! When making my decision on purchasing my 2017 Chevy Impala, I told them that service of the car is very important to me. I had a bad experience with m When making my decision on purchasing my 2017 Chevy Impala, I told them that service of the car is very important to me. I had a bad experience with my last dealer. Didn't want to go through that again. Months after purchase I began experiencing some major problems on acceleration. I live in Oshkosh, so I took the car to my service center. They informed me it was the fuel pump and it was most likely the result of running E85 in a Flex Fuel car. I was told nothing about what fuel is best in a Flex Fuel car. Klein replaced the fuel pump and very politely said it was my fault, for running E85 fuel. Communication while they had my car, was awful, different answers on when it would be done, they were so busy. Subsequently, I do not run E85 fuel. Upon discovery of an oil leak weeks later, I was told by my mechanic to take it back to Klein, in case it was another warranty problem. Klein's service manager very politely said the oil leak was from being overdue for an oil change and I should get one done. He did not offer to do one. Now, if they are so AWESOME!, wouldn't you think they would just do one? I'm not taking my car back to them for anything. My service center in Oshkosh knows me and takes care of my car(s). More
