This is a continuation to a previous review. We had to have a gas tank replaced within a week of purchasing a used car from Klein Auto. We were given a bad gas tank and had to take the care back AGAIN fo have a gas tank replaced within a week of purchasing a used car from Klein Auto. We brought that to their attention when we dropped it off to have the second gas tank put on. We ended up spending several hundred dollars to have the bearing replaced by our independent mechanic. I tried to buy a new truck at Klein's from Jeff. They said there was a $500 rebate. I checked around and actually the rebate was $2500. THEY SELL USED LEMON CAR On June 27,2019,My boyfriend and I bought a 2015 Chrysler 200. We told Josh we needed a car better on gas and needs to be dependable because we are On June 27,2019,My boyfriend and I bought a 2015 Chrysler 200. We told Josh we needed a car better on gas and needs to be dependable because we are disabled and have tons of medical problems. Only owning the car for 2days, It was saying the back up lights are out but they weren't, the digital speedometer quit working, the screen for the radio, navigation, and backup went blank. We talked to Josh and he said to take it to their service department and gave us a loaner that had dealer plates on it. We had the loaner vehicle for a little over 2weeks. Not even a week later, It was saying the back up lights are out again which they weren't. We took it back to the service department,told Abby that it seems to act up every time we use the navigation. She told us to quit using it and use our cellphone. Than she said the license plate bulbs might be out which they were that could cause the back up lights to say they are out. She told us that she will have their mechanic change the bulbs for us than 15mn later, Abby told us that it takes special bulbs and wiring harness and they had to order it. She told us to keep driving the car. The digital speedometer blacked out again. We took it back to the service department again. Told Abby what happened. She said the mechanic will take a look at it and license plate bulbs and harness is in so the mechanic will change it to. That night Abby called and said our car was ready and there's no codes are showing up plus Josh took it for a drive & couldn't repeat the problems,and Abby told us to keep driving it and keep bringing it in when it acts up. We told Josh this car isn't dependable. We need some thing that is. We were suppose to keep driving the car until they can find a different car. We were at a stop light and was going onto on ramp up a hill & the RPM went to 6000 and the car wasn't shifting. We told Josh, he told us that was normal. Keep driving it. 7rpm is @ the redline. Friday, July 26 9:30amJosh wanted to put us in Dodge Dart that isn't comparable as what we have now, Supposedly Aaron was out this morning but he will get in touch with is this afternoon to crunch the numbers We said no after wards and said we want them to buy it back. 3:30 there was no call back from Aaron so we decided to go to the Chevy dealer ship Where Aaron was. Aaron told us he knew only bits & pieces what's going on &Rick is supposed to be handling it and Josh isn't in the today but we seen him and talked to him that day. We were suppose to go home and wait for Rick's call. We went home and started looking at the car. If Josh used the Navigation system like he said he did it would show on recent places but there was nothing. My Boyfriend James use to be a mechanic and decided to at the license plate bulbs and harness. The bulbs you can anywhere and the wiring harness wasn't changed because they were stamped from 2015 still. We went back @4:59pm that and asked to talk to Rick. He acted like he didn't have a clue what was going on but Aaron said he was the that was suppose to help us. So we told him what was going on and what we found. He said they quit making those parts and they're used parts. They didn't quit making parts and the other thing Aaron told us they use new parts in there service department that's why be bought the extended warranty from them. poor customer service we are surprised by the poor attention to detail from the customer service team at this dealership, we never thought to check the reviews first, i wi we are surprised by the poor attention to detail from the customer service team at this dealership, we never thought to check the reviews first, i will be doing that in the future. the other thing that stood out was when we brought up another chevy dealer in the area, he had told us this dealer didnt heve good mechanics or enough of them, its not often a business will do that to another business, we were taken back by this. even though we shared a story with him about that dealer in small talk he also made the comment that many people around that dealer told him personally they rather make the extra drive to him, this is one way in bringing up small talk to feel a guy out is what we were doing. very surprised. but we wish everyone luck on their experience, it just seem's once a person makes the purchase of these expensive vehicles that the out going attitude and warmest goes out the window. these vehicle purchases are a big deal now a days, More
