Although the service department did not appear to have as many people there as usual, the wait time was longer than usual. My truck sat where I parked it in the service line for more than two hours befor as many people there as usual, the wait time was longer than usual. My truck sat where I parked it in the service line for more than two hours before anyone touched it. Further, I had an engine light that came on and was told the service department couldn’t do anything to address that, instead I’d have to schedule a separate appointment. What happen to the days everything could be taken care of in one visit? Upon my continued assistance I was provided with a code for the problem, but I had to push to get that done. Sad service in my opinion. More
